You have lineup questions, we have lineup answers -- at least we hope so. Start 'Em, Sit 'Em is here to help fantasy managers make difficult roster decisions. And you know what is a good move? Starting Justin Jefferson. But that's too obvious, so you won't see such simple analysis here. Instead, we're exploring more debatable situations. And if you can't find a player you are looking for, please check out the latest NFL Fantasy lineup rankings.

Start 'Em
Over the last month, Gadsden has averaged 17.9 fantasy PPG. In that span, he leads the Chargers in yards and is third in targets. He has shown to have a floor around 12 fantasy points and a high ceiling. He has been Los Angeles' go-to option against zone coverage, which Pittsburgh runs at a below-average rate but still employs 60 percent of the time. The Steelers have allowed the third-most fantasy PPG to tight ends, yielding the sixth-most yards and second-most touchdowns. Keep riding the hot hand.
I was wrong to doubt Kincaid last week. He just became the first Bills tight end with multiple 100-yard games in a season since the AFL-NFL merger. Outside of one game, Kincaid has shown to have a safe floor and clear upside. This week, he faces the Dolphins, who have allowed the fifth-most fantasy PPG, third-most yards and second-most touchdowns to tight ends. Kincaid got them for 66 yards, a touchdown and 17.6 fantasy points earlier this season.
Another week of me recommending to start Kyle Pitts! He leads the Falcons in targets over the last three games, averaging 8.7 per outing. He has shown himself to be a safe-floor play, with just one game of fewer than seven fantasy points. He brings some upside this week against the Colts, who have allowed the second-most catches and yards and the third-most fantasy PPG to TEs. Furthermore, this feels like a game where Atlanta could be forced to throw while playing catch-up.
Loveland enjoyed a breakout game last week. The rookie saw seven targets, the second-most on the team, and turned them into 118 yards and two touchdowns -- including the game-winning score on a tackle-breaking, 58-yard rumble. The hope is that last Sunday's dynamic performance earns him more consistent usage moving forward. He gets another strong matchup this week against the Giants, who are in the middle of the pack against tight ends, but allow a ton of production through the air each week. This also has sneaky potential to be a high-scoring game.
From the waiver wire to the starting lineup. Schultz just turned eight targets into six catches and a team-high 77 yards. Since Week 3, Schultz has fewer than eight fantasy points in just one game. He has scored 11 or more in three of his last four outings. This week, he gets a great matchup against the Jags, who have allowed the second-most touchdowns and fantasy PPG to tight ends, as well as the fourth-most yards to the position. The recent success and this matchup have Schultz in play this week.
If you need a streamer ...
Otton has scored at least eight fantasy points in each of his last four games, hitting double figures in three. He has more targets in each of his last four games than he did in any game in the opening month. Plus, he gets a good matchup this week against the Patriots, who have allowed the seventh-most yards to tight ends. This also could be a high-scoring matchup where the Bucs have to throw, especially with the Pats being so stout against the run.
Johnson has been more utilized by the Giants as of late. In fact, since Week 6, only Wan'Dale Robinson has more targets among New York pass catchers. The increased volume has led to Johnson scoring double digits in four of his last six games. He could stay hot this week against the Bears, who have allowed a ton of production through the air. Chicago ranks in the middle of the pack against tight ends, but a lot of points could be had in this one. That makes Johnson a streaming option.
Sit 'Em
The emergence of rookie Harold Fannin Jr. has hurt Njoku's fantasy value. He has topped 50 yards in just one game this season. Fannin has outscored him in three straight and in all but two games on the season. I believe that Dillon Gabriel and Fannin have a strong connection, which has left Njoku fighting for production. Plus, the Jets have allowed the seventh-fewest yards to tight ends. Starting Njoku feels like hoping for a touchdown.
Hockenson caught a touchdown pass last week, but he finished with just three targets and 11 yards. He has not reached 50 receiving yards in a game this season. He has seen four, three and three targets in the three games he has played with J.J. McCarthy, posting 15 yards or fewer in each. Plus, the Ravens have not allowed a passing touchdown in the last two weeks. The Vikings may possess popular streaming options this week, but it feels like a trap with Hockenson.
With Garrett Wilson sidelined by a knee injury, Taylor became the Jets' de facto top target for the past two games. It looks like Wilson could be back this week, so Taylor is at risk of losing some volume. Plus, the Browns rank in the top 10 when it comes to fewest yards allowed to tight ends. My fear is that they just wreck the Jets' offensive line. There are streaming options I like more than Taylor this week.
Engram was expected to be the top run-after-catch option in a Sean Payton offense that lives on screens. Unfortunately, he's had his chain snatched by Troy Franklin in that regard. After looking like he would be more utilized, Engram has seen just seven targets in the last two games combined, failing to catch a single pass last week. You simply cannot trust him right now. Not against the Raiders, who have allowed the fifth-fewest fantasy PPG to tight ends.
In the wake of Tucker Kraft's season-ending knee injury, Musgrave is the next man up. He was a popular add off the waiver wire this week, but he is someone I would rather have on the bench than in my starting lineup. The Eagles have allowed the third-fewest yards and fantasy PPG to tight ends, giving up just one touchdown to the position. I want to see what kind of usage Musgrave gets before starting him, especially in a matchup like this one.
