Top NFL fits & fashion: Will Anderson Jr., Christian McCaffrey among best-dressed in Week 12

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! We're thankful for all of you, who read every week, and for the number of players who put it on with special game-day tunnel fits.

In the Week 11 rankings, star receivers -- Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Stefon Diggs and CeeDee Lamb -- dominated the show. In Week 12, we have a rare occurrence, with three different members of the Chicago Bears defensive back room making it into the top five. Yes, our panel gave a collective hat tip to the fashion tastes of the men of the Windy City.

(If you'd like to learn more about our voters -- Terron Armstead, Jamie Erdahl, Ini Sebastian Ikpe, Jason McCourty, Chad Johnson and myself -- scroll to the bottom of this piece.)

Without further ado, here are the best dressed of Week 12:

Points: 8 | Season point total: 49

Taylor has overtaken DeVonta Smith as the leading total vote-getter this season -- marking the first time someone other than Smith has held the crown.

It's a testament to Taylor's consistency in fashion, whether he's the starter or backup, with this fit serving as another example: unique, well-layered and authentic.

T-4) Jonathan Owens, S, Chicago Bears

Owens' coat is the star here, boasting such a fun fall pattern and color. Panelist Ini Ikpe had this as his No.2 fit of the week.

T-4) Jaquan Brisker, S, Chicago Bears

Another Bear -- and there's more to come.

This is a fit I want in my closet immediately; it's sweater-and-coat season done stylish. Panelist Jamie Erdahl voted this piece No. 1 this week, describing it in all-caps as, "MY FAVE ALL YEAR." She noted it looks cozy and layered. Well done by Brisker, who lands in the top five in back-to-back weeks.

3) Kevin Byard III, S, Chicago Bears

Points: 9 | Season point total: 27

As promised: the third Bear! Byard edges out his two teammates for third with this eye-popping jacket and pants combo. Panelist Jason McCourty voted this as his favorite fit of the week, and it landed in my top three, as well. Straight fire by Byard.

2) Christian McCaffrey, RB, San Francisco 49ers

Points: 10 | Season point total: 19

Erdahl characterized this vibe as Peaky Blinders meets upscale Thanksgiving dinner, and I'm here for it. Ikpe said this was his favorite suit of the weekend. McCaffrey put on a prime-time show with this well-tailored three-piece suit.

1) Will Anderson Jr., DE, Houston Texans

Points: 16 | Season point total: 20

The Texans solidified themselves as contenders last Thursday, but Anderson made a superstar impression with his tunnel fit long before his first big play of the night. Three of our panelists -- Terron Armstead, Chad Johnson and myself -- voted Anderson the best fit of the week. It's an eye-popping statement color done well.

PANELIST BIOS

Here is a quick refresher on the members of our panel:

Terron Armstead -- Former five-time Pro Bowl left tackle for the Saints and Dolphins (2013-2024); currently hosts The Set podcast on YouTube bi-weekly on Monday/Thursday night.

  • Fashion vision: Fashion is our daily "first impression." It's our non-verbal expression, so I use it as the first line of communication.

Jamie Erdahl -- Host of Good Morning Football on NFL Network and the nationally syndicated show GMFB OT.

  • Fashion vision: Designer sweatshirts take the cake.

Ini Sebastian Ikpe -- Leading celebrity stylist and image consultant known for his work in sports and entertainment.

  • Fashion vision: Styling is more than dressing. It's about crafting a narrative that reflects identity, commands presence and sparks conversation. Dress accordingly.

Jason McCourty -- Super Bowl champion and former cornerback for the Titans, Browns, Patriots and Dolphins (2009-2021); current ESPN studio analyst/CBS game analyst.

  • Fashion vision: Fashion is confidence, and confidence is a stain you can't wipe off!

Chad Johnson -- Custom clothier and designer for Duane & Johnson menswear tailoring.

  • Fashion vision: Where style outlives the season -- fashion, to me, is making today timeless.

And finally, I am a national TV reporter for NFL Network, and my fashion vision is: Dress how you want to be addressed and wear what helps you exude, "I'm HIM."
