Here are the injuries and news we're monitoring around the league on this Week 4 Sunday:
- Arizona Cardinals safety Andrew Wingard (knee) and guard Isaiah Adams (ankle) were ruled out of Sunday's loss to the Giants. Tight end Hunter Long (knee) did not return. Offensive tackle Paris Johnson Jr. suffered a biceps injury and was wearing a sling in the locker room following the game, per ESPN.
- Baltimore Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey (calf) was ruled out of Sunday's win over the Titans. Quarterback Lamar Jackson (ankle) did not return.
- Buffalo Bills wide receiver DJ Moore aggravated his shoulder injury in Sunday's loss to the Patriots but it is not currently considered a long-term issue, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported. Defensive back Te'Cory Couch (hamstring), defensive lineman Ed Oliver (knee) and cornerback Dee Alford (ankle) did not return.
- Carolina Panthers offensive tacklelink-placeholder-10 was injured in the third quarter and later ruled out.
- Chicago Bears running back Kyle Monangai injured his thumb in Sunday's win over the Jets, head coach Ben Johnson said.
- Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase was ruled out after he suffered a concussion in the first half of Sunday's loss to the Jaguars.
- Denver Broncos cornerbacks Patrick Surtain II (ankle) and Riley Moss (ribs) were ruled out of Sunday's loss to the 49ers. Wide receiver Pat Bryant (ankle) was carted to the locker room in the third quarter and did not return. Head coach Sean Payton did not have any injury updates following the game.
- Detroit Lions cornerback Rock Ya-Sin left Sunday night's game with a hamstring injury.
- Green Bay Packers linebacker Edgerrin Cooper (Achilles) was ruled out of Sunday's win over Tampa Bay. Head coach Matt LaFleur told reporters after the game that he suspects that Cooper will miss the remainder of the season. Cornerback Brandon Cisse (neck) did not return and was evaluated for a concussion.
- Houston Texans cornerback Jaylin Smith (hamstring) was ruled out of Sunday's loss to Dallas.
- Jacksonville Jaguars safety Caleb Ransaw (knee) did not return to Sunday's win over the Bengals.
- Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice (hamstring) was injured in the first quarter and did not return to Sunday's win over the Raiders. Head coach Andy Reid described Rice's injury as a tweak. Wide receiver Tyquan Thornton, who was carted off the field during Sunday's game, suffered a dislocated ankle that was put back into place, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported Sunday night. Thornton will undergo a full evaluation Monday morning and is out indefinitely.
- Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Jalen Nailor (concussion) was ruled out of Sunday's loss to the Chiefs.
- Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Ladd McConkey (foot) and offensive tackle Joe Alt (neck) were ruled out of Sunday's loss to the Seahawks. Offensive tackle Rashawn Slater (ankle) and cornerback Donte Jackson (hamstring) did not return.
- Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Konata Mumpfield (shoulder) did not return to Sunday's win over Philadelphia.
- Miami Dolphins defensive back Reese Taylor (quad) was ruled out of Sunday's loss to the Vikings.
- Minnesota Vikings offensive lineman Donovan Jackson (knee) was ruled out of Sunday's win over the Dolphins. Offensive lineman Christian Darrisaw was evaluated for a concussion in the second half and did not return.
- New England Patriots wide receiver Mack Hollins (calf) and tight end Eli Raridon (ankle) did not return to Sunday's win over the Bills.
- New York Giants wide receiver Braxton Berrios (foot), defensive lineman Chauncey Golston and safety Jason Pinnock were ruled out of Sunday's win over Arizona.
- New York Jets defensive end Braiden McGregor (chest) was ruled out of Sunday's loss to Chicago.
- Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley (hamstring) was ruled out in the first half of Sunday's loss to the Rams. Linebacker Jonathan Greenard (ankle) was ruled out in the second half. Cornerback Quinyon Mitchell (knee) did not return. Following the loss, head coach Nick Sirianni would not expand on right tackle Lane Johnson being inactive due to personal reasons, telling reporters "He's dealing with a personal matter, and that's all I'm going to say on that."
- San Francisco 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk (knee) is believed to be dealing with a sprain after he was ruled out of Sunday's win over the Broncos, head coach Kyle Shanahan said. Jusczcyk will undergo more testing Monday, per Shanahan. Cornerback Upton Stout (shoulder) will undergo testing Monday, per Shanahan.
- Seattle Seahawks defensive tackle Leonard Williams left in the middle of the fourth quarter and did not return to Sunday's win over the Chargers. Head coach Mike Macdonald told reporters postgame that the team will have to see about Williams but his injury does not appear serious.
- Tampa Bay Buccaneers linebacker SirVocea Dennis (ankle) did not return to Sunday's loss to the Packers.
- Washington Commanders quarterback Marcus Mariota (knee), defensive end Charles Omenihu (groin) and wide receiver Jaylin Lane (ankle) were ruled out of Sunday's loss to the Colts. Mariota (knee) was replaced by Athan Kaliakmanis in the first quarter. Tyler Owens (hamstring) did not return.
