- Chicago Bears linebacker Ruben Hyppolite II (shoulder) and defensive back Tyrique Stevenson (hip) were ruled out against Pittsburgh. Offensive lineman Jonah Jackson (eye) also is questionable to return.
- Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Marco Wilson (hamstring) was ruled out in the first quarter against New England.
- Green Bay Packers cornerback Keisean Nixon (stinger) was ruled out against Minnesota.
- Kansas City Chiefs offensive lineman Trey Smith (ankle) was ruled out against Indianapolis.
- New England Patriots offensive lineman Jared Wilson (ankle) was ruled out against Cincinnati. Safety Brenden Schooler (ankle) also did not return.
- New York Giants linebacker Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles (neck) was ruled out in the first half against Detroit.
- Seattle Seahawks running back George Holani (hamstring) was ruled out against Tennessee.
