- CB Chris Claybrooks has been suspended eight games by the NFL for violating the league's personal-conduct policy, NFL Network Insider Mike Garafolo reported.
- CB J.C. Jackson has been suspended for the first game of the 2024 season by the NFL for violating the league's personal-conduct policy, Garafolo reported.

- DL Darius Robinson is undergoing imaging on a calf injury Friday, coach Jonathan Gannon told reporters.

- WR Zay Jones has been suspended five games by the NFL for violating the league's personal-conduct policy, NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero reported. The team later announced Jones' suspension.

- The Bears acquired LB Darrell Taylor in a trade with the Seahawks, NFL Network Insider Tom Pelissero reported. Chicago sent Seattle a 2025 sixth-round pick in the deal. Taylor has totaled 21.5 sacks since joining the league in 2020, including 9.5 sacks in 2022.
