- Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray briefly left Sunday's game with a foot injury. When asked for details on the injury, he simply said, "We'll see." Linebacker Cody Simon (knee) did not return against the Titans. Tight end Tip Reiman (ankle) was carted off the field and quickly ruled out for the remainder of the contest.
- Buffalo Bills linebacker Matt Milano (pectoral) did not return against the Patriots.
- Dallas Cowboys linebacker Jack Sanborn (concussion) was ruled out against the Jets.
- Denver Broncos are signing WR Samori Toure to their practice squad, per NFL Network Insider Mike Garafolo.
- Detroit Lions wide receiver Kalif Raymond (neck) and cornerback Terrion Arnold (shoulder) were ruled out against the Bengals.
- Indianapolis Colts kicker Spencer Shrader (knee) was ruled out against the Raiders. Head coach Shane Steichen didn't have a full update on Shrader's knee but said "it doesn't look good" following the game.

- Los Angeles Chargers running back Omarion Hampton (ankle), offensive lineman Trey Pipkins (knee), offensive lineman Mekhi Becton (hand) and defensive end Da'Shawn Hand (groin) did not return against the Commanders. Hampton was seen wearing a walking boot on his left ankle following the game, per multiple local reporters.
- Miami Dolphins linebacker Tyrel Dodson (head) was ruled out against the Panthers. Cornerback Cornell Armstrong (hamstring) left in the fourth quarter.
- Minnesota Vikings quarterback Carson Wentz (left shoulder) re-entered Sunday's win over the Browns in the third quarter wearing a shoulder harness. Wentz took a hard hit shortly before halftime, received X-rays and was initially designated as questionable to return.
- New England Patriots running back Antonio Gibson was quickly ruled out with a knee injury in Sunday night's game against the Bills.
