Ariana Akey reads pass and flies in for a huge PBU

Meet Kate Mikuls, the 2026 NFL FLAG Player of the Year Finalist Presented by Toyota USA, the field general repping the KC Shockers and Detroit Lions.

Growing up playing with the boys she barely touched the ball, now she's the one throwing it. From backyard catch with her dad to the big stage of the NFL FLAG Championships, Kate can sling the ball 50 to 60 yards on a rope and make it look easy. She's QB1 for the Shockers and the coach on the field all in one, a natural born leader who helped light the way to getting Kansas sanctioned flag football.

One thing's for sure, Kate's leaving her mark on flag football!

Meet Landry Johnson, the 2026 NFL FLAG Player of the Year Finalist Presented by Toyota USA and the trailblazer repping the Lady Outlaws and Carolina Panthers.

When Landry started playing flag, it was hard to field a full team. With only 7 girls signed up, she knew she had to get her friends involved — and that's just the kind of person she is. She's built different. She plays with respect, pride, and sportsmanship. She leads by example.

Landry will tell you the friendships you make on the field matter just as much as the wins, and that's exactly the kind of energy lighting the path for the next generation of girls in flag.

Meet Levi Huftalin, 2026 NFL FLAG Player of the Year Finalist Presented by Toyota USA, repping GYFL Elite and the Arizona Cardinals 🏈

He's the quiet beast 😤 Playing WR and safety, he doesn't say much, he just goes to work. Nothing rattles him. Bad play, good play, doesn't matter, Levi's already onto the next one 🧠 That steady, driven mindset is exactly what makes him one of the most coachable, reliable teammates out there, the kind of player who shows up ready to shine every single time.

The dream? Representing his country on the Olympic stage one day 🇺🇸 Making the 17u Junior National Team is the first step, and Levi's already putting in the work to get there 💪

Meet Quinn Miles, the 2026 NFL FLAG Player of the Year Finalist Presented by Toyota USA. A walking highlight reel repping the KC Shockers and Minnesota Vikings, Quinn just started playing in 7th grade and now he's one of the top wide receivers in the country, driven by a relentless passion for the game. The one-handed catches aren't luck, they're preparation, but his impact goes beyond the field. As his younger brothers watch, Quinn is shining a light on the next generation of flag, showing them what dedication looks like.

The dream? Olympic gold, and Quinn's already putting in the work.
