Injuries and news we're monitoring around the league on this Week 7 Sunday:
- Washington Football Team safety Landon Collins is believed to have suffered a season-ending Achilles injury, NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reports. Collins sustained the injury in the first half and was being evaluated in the on-field medical tent before a cart picked him up for a trip to the locker room. He did not return. Defensive end Montez Sweat left the game as well and was being evaluated for a concussion.
- Tennessee Titans pass rusher Jadeveon Clowney briefly exited in the third quarter with a knee injury but returned to finish. Cornerback Kristian Fulton exited the game with a knee injury.
- Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Diontae Johnson limped off the field in the fourth quarter with an apparent lower leg injury.
- Dallas Cowboys quarterback Andy Dalton was knocked out of the game after sustaining a brutal hit by Washington linebacker Jon Bostic . Dalton, who suffered a concussion and was ruled out, was motionless on the turf before regaining his senses and being helped to the locker room. Bostic was ejected from the game for the hit. Ben DiNucci entered the game for the Cowboys at QB. The Cowboys announced that Dalton is alert, in good spirits and will be flying back with the team today.
- Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham was ruled out vs. the Bengals after sustaining a knee injury. Beckham was injured while attempting to make a tackle after Baker Mayfield's first-quarter interception. Beckham limped to the locker room after the play and didn't return. Safety Ronnie Harrison also exited with an injury in the fourth quarter..
- The Cincinnati Bengals offensive line took several blows vs. the Browns with tackles Jonah Williams (neck), T Bobby Hart and center Trey Hopkins (concussion) exiting the game. All were ruled out before the game's end..
- Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Russell Gage (knee) returned to action after briefly exiting the game in the first quarter.
- New York Jets defensive end Kyle Phillips was carted off the field in the second quarter with an ankle injury and head coach Adam Gase said he will miss the rest of the season after the game. Wideout Breshad Perriman (concussion) exited the game in the fourth quarter after sustaining a big hit from Bills safety Micah Hyde.
- Carolina Panthers left tackle Russell Okung sustained a calf injury in the second half vs. the Saints and didn't return.
- New Orleans Saints tackle Terron Armstead (arm) exited the game in the second quarter and didn't return.
- Green Bay Packers safety Raven Greene (oblique) exited in the fourth quarter and was unable to return.
- Houston Texans cornerback Bradley Roby (knee) was ruled out of the second half vs. the Packers.
- Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker Dakota Allen suffered an ankle injury against the Chargers. Cornerback Sidney Jones was shaken up in the first quarter and was evaluated for a concussion. He was cleared for a concussion but later was ruled out with a back injury. Receiver Dede Westbrook was carted off the field with a knee injury and ruled out. Running back Devine Ozigbo hurt his hamstring.
- New England Patriots wide receiver N'Keal Harry (head) did not return vs. the 49ers after sustaining a big hit in the first quarter. Offensive lineman Joe Thuney suffered an ankle injury.
- Denver Broncos running Phillip Lindsay suffered a concussion vs. the Chiefs. Nose tackle Mike Purcell (foot), linebacker Derrek Tuszka (hamstring). Broncos wide receiver Tim Patrick (hamstring) all also suffered injuries.
- Las Vegas Raiders offensive lineman Gabe Jackson was disqualified during Sunday's game versus the Buccaneers for stepping on an opponent's shoulder.
- San Francisco 49ers running back Jeff Wilson was taken to the locker room with an ankle injury and did not return. Following the game coach Kyle Shanahan said it looks to be a high-ankle sprain for Wilson. Receiver Deebo Samuel suffered a hamstring injury.
- Los Angeles Chargers tight end Virgil Green was helped off the field with an ankle injury did not return.
- Arizona Cardinals offensive lineman Zach Allen (knee) was helped off the field during Sunday night's game, briefly returned and then left for the locker room under his own power with a member of the training staff.
- Seahawks running back Chris Carson left Sunday night's game early with what coach Pete Carroll said was a mid-foot sprain. Carroll said an MRI will be needed to determine the severity. Linebacker Shaquill Griffin is being evaluated for a possible concussion.
- Following a fourth-down conversion run in the fourth quarter, Arizona Cardinals running back Kenyan Drake went down with an ankle injury and was subsequently carted off. He was ruled out for the remainder of the game. Cardinals linebacker Isaiah Irving (neck) was injured on a kickoff and taken off the field. Irving was immobilized and carted off. Irving's injury came after he was trying to make a block on the kickoff return team. The Cardinals announced Irving is out for the team and per the NBC broadcast, he has feeling in all his extremities. Defensive lineman Jordan Phillips (hamstring) was injured and did not return.
