Carter will not be working out at Penn State's pro day on Friday as he finishes up rehab for a shoulder injury from the Fiesta Bowl, his agent Drew Rosenhaus told NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport. Rosenhaus added that Carter "may still do a workout for teams sometime in mid-April."
