  • DT Tyleik Williams didn't participate in practice this week due to an injury, head coach Dan Campbell said. "These rookies, we're trying to get them right before they get out for summer and we bring them back," Campbell said of Detroit's first-round pick. "We went them ready and healthy to go, full speed for training camp."
  • LB Malcolm Rodriguez, who suffered a torn ACL late last season, has a conservative timetable of a November return, per Campbell.

  • The Chargers announced Thursday that players are scheduled to report for training camp on July 16. From July 22-23, Los Angeles will hold a pair of training camp practices at the University of San Diego's Torero Stadium, where Jim Harbaugh began his head coaching career.
