- QB Deshaun Watson: No decision has been made on activating the QB from injured reserve ahead of Tuesday's deadline, per coach Kevin Stefanski.
- RB Quinshon Judkins will undergo surgery this week in Cleveland to repair his dislocated ankle and fractured fibula, Stefanski said. Judkins does not need knee surgery. Stefanski said the rookie is expected to make a full recovery.

- QB Gardner Minshew avoided a torn ACL but will be placed on injured reserve with a non-displaced tibial plateau fracture suffered in Sunday's loss, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported Monday, per a source. No surgery is needed for what is essentially a very bad bone bruise, Rapoport said. Minshew was feared to have his torn ACL after exiting the loss to Tennessee in the first half. Chris Oladokun finished the game.
