NFL Network to carry 21 live games during 2025 preseason

NFL Network is the only network to show the entire slate of 2025 NFL preseason games, highlighted by 21 live matchups.

NFL Network's live preseason coverage kicks off with a doubleheader on Thursday, Aug. 7 beginning at 7 p.m. ET as the Indianapolis Colts face the Baltimore Ravens, followed by the Las Vegas Raiders taking on the Seattle Seahawks at 10 p.m. ET -- a matchup that marks Raiders head coach Pete Carroll and quarterback Geno Smith's return to Seattle, and quarterback Sam Darnold's preseason debut as a Seahawk.

On Friday, Aug. 8, rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders makes his preseason debut as the Cleveland Browns travel to face the Carolina Panthers at 7 p.m. ET.

NFL Network's preseason Week 1 coverage features a tripleheader on Saturday, Aug. 9, beginning at 1 p.m. ET with the New York Giants quarterback trio -- Russell Wilson, Jameis Winston and rookie Jaxson Dart -- taking on the Buffalo Bills. At 4 p.m. ET, quarterback J.J. McCarthy and the Minnesota Vikings take on the Houston Texans, followed by quarterback Justin Fields in his New York Jets preseason debut against the Green Bay Packers at 8 p.m. ET. 

On Saturday, NFL GameDay Kickoff airs at 7 p.m. ET providing live look-ins at key preseason matchups including No. 1 overall pick of the 2025 NFL Draft Cam Ward in his preseason debut with the Tennessee Titans, No. 2 overall pick Travis Hunter's preseason debut with the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Dallas Cowboys at the Los Angeles Rams.

NFL Network's Week 1 preseason live coverage wraps up on Sunday, Aug. 10 starting at 1 p.m. ET as the Miami Dolphins travel to face the Chicago Bears, followed by the New Orleans Saints visiting the Los Angeles Chargers at 4 p.m. ET.

NFL Network's live preseason coverage continues with seven Week 2 games, beginning with a doubleheader on Friday, Aug. 15 with the Titans visiting the Atlanta Falcons at 7 p.m. ET and the Kansas City Chiefs at the Seahawks at 10 p.m. ET.

On Saturday, Aug. 16, NFL Network carries a quadruple-header starting at 1 p.m. ET with the defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles hosting the Browns. At 4 p.m. ET, the San Francisco 49ers travel to Las Vegas to play the Raiders, followed by the Jets versus the Giants at 7 p.m. ET. Saturday's quadruple-header concludes with the Arizona Cardinals at the Denver Broncos at 9:30 p.m. ET.

Week 2 concludes on Sunday, Aug. 17 at 1 p.m. ET as the Jaguars take on the Saints.

NFL Network's Week 3 slate features six live matchups, beginning Thursday, Aug. 21 at 7 p.m. ET with the Panthers hosting the Pittsburgh Steelers, and continuing Friday, Aug. 22 with the Falcons versus the Cowboys at 8 p.m. ET.

On Saturday, Aug. 23, NFL Network carries a quadruple-header beginning at 1 p.m. ET with the Rams visiting the Browns, followed by the Seahawks at the Packers at 4 p.m. ET. At 7 p.m. ET, the Jaguars travel to face the Miami Dolphins, and at 10 p.m. ET the Raiders face the Cardinals.
