Here are the injuries we're monitoring from Sunday's Week 9 games:
- Cleveland Browns rookie cornerback Denzel Ward suffered a hip injury in the first quarter against the Kansas City Chiefs and did not return. Cornerback E.J. Gaines was ruled out with a concussion in the first half. Linebacker Christian Kirksey exited with a hamstring injury.
- Buffalo Bills tight end Charles Clay exited against the Chicago Bears after suffering a hamstring injury in the first half. Running back Chris Ivory suffered a shoulder injury and did not return.
- Miami Dolphins offensive tackle Laremy Tunsil exited with a knee injury against the New York Jets.
- Houston Texans linebacker Duke Ejiofor did not return against the Denver Broncos after suffering a shoulder injury.
- Denver Broncos center Matt Paradis, who had never missed a snap in his career, fractured his fibula and will have surgery, a sourced told NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport. He's headed for injured reserve and has a three-month recovery period, Rapoport added.
- Seattle Seahawks safety Bradley McDougald went down with a knee injury and against the Los Angeles Chargers and running back Chris Carson exited with a hip injury.
- Washington Redskins guard Shawn Lauvao exited with a knee injury against the Atlanta Falcons. Guard Brandon Scherff suffered a shoulder injury and did not return. Cornerback Quinton Dunbar exited with a leg injury.
- Minnesota Vikings tight end David Morgan exited with a knee injury against the Detroit Lions.
- Los Angeles Chargers defensive tackle Darius Philon exited with an ankle injury against the Seahawks.
