STRIVE is a leading workforce development nonprofit creating pathways to living-wage careers — offering more than just job training and placement, but lifelong support that enables lasting growth. In partnership with local employers, the organization prepares students for jobs in industries such as healthcare, construction, and logistics. STRIVE dismantles every possible barrier to opportunity through sectoral training and job placement, alongside lifelong coaching and navigational support that helps students overcome setbacks, advance in their fields, and truly thrive.

NFL Funding Supports:
- Two of STRIVE's evidence-based workforce development programs tailored to underserved communities nationally:
- Career Path, STRIVE's signature 10–12-week, tuition-free sectoral training model that equips individuals facing the highest barriers to employment with the skills, credentials, and long-term support needed to secure and advance in living-wage careers.
- Future Leaders, STRIVE's program serving justice-impacted youth ages 18–24. Over 6–16 weeks, participants gain essential workplace and life skills, earn industry-recognized credentials, and transition into paid internships that unlock their first living-wage jobs.
