The Law Enforcement Action Partnership (LEAP) is a national nonprofit of current and former law enforcement professionals who advocate for smart, compassionate public safety solutions. LEAP works with cities to implement community responder programs and promote alternatives to arrest and incarceration, focusing on addressing root causes of crime and strengthening police-community trust.

NFL Funding Supports:
- The scaling and deepening of LEAP's Community Responder initiative, which helps cities nationwide deploy professionals trained in de-escalation and cultural competency to handle low-risk 9-1-1calls.
- LEAP's Speakers Bureau, a curated network of law enforcement professionals trained to carry evidence-based messages on public safety and criminal justice reform across media, policy, and other spaces, drawing on personal experience that includes alternative response programs.
